What is WAP?
WAP is the commonly used name for the Wireless Internet browser built into your cell phone. Different companies might call it something different so you might have to look through your menu on your phone to find it.
If a free ringtone or picture does not work, will purchasing one help?
No. The same steps are followed for sending free stuff as we use for sending premium content. If it did not work for you on the free stuff, it will not likely work if you pay. You are best to make sure you specified the correct cell phone/company and number along with checking with your cell phone dealer to see if you need to enable SMS or WAP services on your phone.
How do I delete ringtones from my phone?
It depends on your phone but with most Nokia's there is no way to delete a personal ringtone. The only way to get rid of it is to overwrite it with another ringtone. Download a new ringtone, save it and select the old ringtone you want to erase. The new ringtone will replace it.
What is an OPERATOR LOGO ?
Your phone will normally display the name of the network to which you are connected on the screen at all times. We can send a graphic file to display instead of the normal text. This allows you to identify your phone at a glance.
What is an PICTURE MESSAGE?
Picture messages are like caller group icons and operator icons in so much as they display graphics on your phone. Picture messages are larger than caller group icons and operator icons and they can be sent from your phone to other compatible phones, you also have the option to add text to the picture.
